Considered Cosmetic Dentistry
Cosmetic and advanced dentistry at Dentistry With Care focuses on enhancing smiles while maintaining oral health and function. These services are offered with a measured, honest approach, ensuring treatments are appropriate, well-explained, and aligned with each patient’s goals. Our philosophy avoids unnecessary intervention, instead prioritising balanced outcomes that support confidence, comfort, and overall wellbeing.
Every cosmetic or advanced treatment begins with careful listening and clear communication. Options such as cosmetic dental treatments and sleep apnoea support using SomnoDent appliances are discussed transparently, allowing patients to make informed decisions. With a strong focus on comfort and long-term outcomes, we ensure cosmetic improvements complement overall oral health rather than compromising it.

Missing Teeth?
There are other Options than Dental Implants
Having a bridge that is less invasive and more cost-effective is often a better option for some people.
A bridge replaces one or more missing teeth. It consists of an artificial tooth anchored to the adjacent natural teeth.
If a tooth is lost through an accident or is too badly decayed to save with a crown, a bridge may be the treatment of choice.
An advantage of bridgework is that the appearance of the teeth surrounding the missing tooth can also be improved.
Most crowns and bridges should last for many years (some patients have had their bridge for 20years plus), however, there is no lifetime guarantee.
Implants are also an option for missing teeth. Dr Borgnolo will refer you to his implant specialist to discuss this with you.
As with your natural teeth, good oral hygiene is important to maintain the bridge and its lifespan.
Regular dental check-ups are advisable.
Dr. Ron will be happy to discuss any questions you may have and the best alternative for you.
